All orders are processed and shipped via Standard Ground within 1-3 business days. Flat rate standard shipping is $6 for orders under $100. Orders of $100 and over qualify for free standard ground shipping. Rush shipping options are also available at checkout if you need your items sooner.

• Business Days: Our team operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days.
• Order Tracking: Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

• Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they are handed off to the carrier.
• Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, you must email us photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
• Filing Claims: For lost or stolen shipments, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

• All Sales Final: Because our candles are hand-poured and the designs are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Exceptions: If your candle arrives damaged, please refer to our damage policy above to receive a replacement.
