All orders are processed and shipped via Standard Ground within 1-2 business days. Flat rate standard shipping is $6 for orders under $100. Orders of $100 and over qualify for free standard ground shipping. Rush shipping options are also available at checkout if you need your items sooner.

• Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they are handed off to the carrier.
• Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, you must email us photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of delivery so that we can work to replace it.
• Filing Claims: For lost or stolen shipments, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

First Burn
Burn your candle for 3–4 hours on the first lighting so the wax pool reaches the edges of the jar. This creates an even melt and helps prevent tunneling later.

Burn Sessions
Limit each session to no more than 4 hours.

Wick Maintenance
Before every lighting, trim the wick to about ¼ inch.

When to Finish
Extinguish the candle once only ¼ inch of wax remains at the bottom.

Give It New Life
Once the candle is finished, clean out the jar and repurpose it as a drinking glass, small flower pot or vase, desk caddy, or whatever useful container you need. Hand-wash only to protect the design on the vessel.
