We are eager to get your candles to you as soon as possible!

All orders are processed and shipped via Standard Ground within 1-2 business days. Flat rate standard shipping is $6 for orders under $100. Orders of $100 and over qualify for free standard ground shipping. Rush shipping options are also available at checkout if you need your items sooner.

• Standard Ground: Delivery times vary by location, typically arriving in 3-5 business days once shipped. 
• Rush Shipping: Need it sooner? Expedited and rush shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on your destination. 

• Shipping Rates: Exact rates for rush shipping options are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Business Days: Our team operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

• Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they are handed off to the carrier.
• Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, you must email us photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of delivery so that we can work to replace it.
• Filing Claims: For lost or stolen shipments, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
